Mobile or Web Printing

Users checking in to your site with the Sine Pro mobile app can automatically trigger a printed pass. This feature requires an iPad with SinePoint Pro installed and connected to a printer supported by Sine (Brother QL-720NW, QL-810W, QL-820NWB). This feature allows team members to print passes from the web dashboard wirelessly, with NO USB cables or printer drivers necessary.

The Brother printers use the Brother DK22205 Label roll.

Set Up Mobile or Web Printing

1.Ensure your printer and SinePoint Pro App are connected together. If they aren’t connected, see this guide for more details.

2. Select the Sites tab.

3. Select the Site for which you wish to change mobile printing settings.

4. Select the Printing tab.

5. Select Preferred Printer and choose the iPad display you want to use to print out the passes from mobile and web dashboard check ins.

The preferred printer is where printing jobs will be sent if another iPad encounters a problem or when a print job did not originate from an iPad. This includes mobile and web check-ins, pass approvals, and 'Print via SinePoint'.

6. Turn on mobile printing by enabling Automatic Mobile/Web Printing.

7. Make sure to select on Save.
